Overview

We are seeking an Entry Level Project Manager/Office Assistant to join our small but busy marketing agency. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. As a Project Manager/Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our virtual office. This is an entry-level part-time position with room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily projects and ensure deadlines are met through our Project Management software
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
  • Provide support to office management in various administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with general office tasks such as document management and organization, meeting scheduling, and other marketing duties

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent file management skills to ensure documents are stored accurately and securely
  • Project coordination abilities to assist with managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with office management practices and procedures
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
