RAD - River Avenue Digital is Hiring a Marketing Project Coordinator Near Prospect, PA

River Avenue Digital is growing! We’re looking for an experienced project coordinator with great organizational skills to join our team. Daily tasks include managing various marketing projects from web design & development to seo, to content development and more from inception to integration. We also expect this person to bring innovative ideas on how to streamline the process. In addition to developing standard procedures to ensure deliverables are created in the most efficient manner and in the required timeline.
The ideal candidate will be very meticulous and be able to organize complex projects in an accurate and timely manner, manage the needs of multiple clients and understand any opportunities that can help facilitate the successful execution of the project. Our next marketing coordinator will be a sociable, creative individual with the ability to interpret a client's marketing needs and successfully execute actionable items to ensure the project completion.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of digital marketing experience, including account management, project management, and an understanding of how to set actionable items, KPIs and specific targeted goals. The candidate should also be able to interact with clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
But above all, we’re looking for an outstanding human who can make an immediate impact in all parts of our business, allowing us to WOW our clients.
This position is based in Prospect Park, PA. The ideal candidate will split their time working at least three days in the office and working remotely the rest of the time.
**While the position is full-time there is an initial 90 day probationary period.

About The Candidate:
This role requires a dynamic, hands-on and coachable team player, ready to openly collaborate with peers and clients. The candidate should have the following skills:

  • Customer Service - The ability to listen and interpret client needs, communicate with clients across various channels, respond promptly to inquiries, and communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Organization and Multitasking – The ability to systematize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Time Management – Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Attention to Detail – Thorough and accurate when performing tasks and following company processes and procedures
  • Creativity and Originality – The ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
Position Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist CEO and Digital Marketing Manager with the account management of various projects as assigned
  • Organize and develop a strategy/plan to complete deliverables
  • Working with the creative team to conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements across the organization
  • Lead brainstorming sessions related to project implementation
  • Interacting with the various teams throughout the company to ensure timelines are set and met
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any project management queries or concerns.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of project timeline and deliverables and adjusting where necessary
  • Independently managing client accounts and projects as needed
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related industry or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of account management experience
  • Previous experience independently managing projects and interacting directly with clients
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Basecamp, Content Management Systems, Project Management Tools)
  • Must be highly organized and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining organization, strategy, and creativity
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions give, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
