**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and team performance.

**Duties:**

- Assist in managing staff and provide guidance as needed

- Oversee inventory control and maintain stock levels

- Conduct training development sessions for new employees

- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions

- Supervise daily sales activities and ensure targets are met

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a clerk or in a sales role is preferred

- Strong team management skills

- Proficiency in inventory control procedures

- Ability to provide training and development to staff

- Knowledge of cash register operations

- Experience in supervising employees

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong math skills for handling financial transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
