Rackleff Place in Canby, Oregon is looking for a full-time Resident Care Coordinator.

Wage: starts at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) assumes responsibility for assisting with the provision of health care services as permitted by state licensure. Participates in service planning, resident appointment oversight, staff scheduling, ordering supplies, auditing and general medical record organization. Works with the Nurse and Director to insure resident needs are being satisfactorily met. Training provided. Covid-19 vaccinations not required.
