Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management - Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain organized records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members - Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry in QuickBooks - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members - Support the coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role or in a dental office setting is preferred - Strong clerical and organizational skills are essential - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Proficient in computer skills, including typing, filing, and using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
