RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance to all Store Support functions. Responsibilities: • Processes invoices for operational work performed at RaceTrac and RaceWay convenience store locations. • Provides optimal customer service to vendors and ensures invoices are paid in a timely manner. • Serves as a liaison between Store Support field personnel and SSC employees. • Carries out administrative tasks as needed, including but not limited to: coordinating major projects, ordering supplies for stores, mail organization, expense report processing, permitting, and handling store violations. • Creates the schedule for Calibration Technicians and ensures each store is calibrated every 6 months. • Performs various ad hoc requests from Store Support employees as requested. Qualifications: • Degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Experience using Microsoft Office preferred • Experience using Payroll/ HRIS software a plus • Experience working in a Customer Service focused environment a plus Working at RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc.
