Race Auto Sales is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team in administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing sales documents.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for sales consultations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and customers to provide information, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, promotions, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the sales office and showroom.

Skills

• Sales Experience. Auto Sales experience is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer requirements
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
