Our RAC Team is looking to hire abi-lingual C ustomer A ccount R epresentativefor our locally owned and operated franchise store in Odessa located at 1651 N County Rd W | Odessa, TX 79763
Provide excellent leadership while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills in the performance of all duties and daily operations needed to operate a successful RENT-TO-OWN store. Help and assist in all aspects of store including, but not limited to execution of programs, processes and procedures, customer growth, delinquency management, budgeting, product ordering, and P L management.

SCHEDULE

• 40-hour work week with 1 day off during the week and Sundays.

EXPERIENCE

• Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required.
