SALES MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet all customers with excellent customer service
• Create store marketing content to include fliers, Facebook ads and videos
• Cold Calls to solicit business to previous/current customers
• Door to door brochuring
• Business to business marketing
• Drive Facebook Followers and Google Reviews
• Meet and/or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Overcome customer objections in order to close a sale
• Follow-up on sales leads (in-store, phone and web)
• Take customer payments according to the customer's pay date
• Type up and review customer contracts
• Build files containing customer information and keep organized
• Answer phones
• Clean, organize and maintain the showroom
• Receive inventory into the point of sale system
• Price all inventory in the store
• Help with scheduling of field activities (deliveries, service calls, returns etc.)
• Help clean and refurbish returned items
• Conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations
• Any other task assigned by the manager that does not bring your integrity into question

*Must be proficient in computer skills, social media as well as having basic math skills

SCHEDULE

• Minimum 40-hour work week, including weekends.

EXPERIENCE

• Retail or Rent-To-Own experience is a plus but not required.
