Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Integrative Internal Medicine Physician located in Chicago, IL. This unique opportunity at our growing practice will enable you to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals not only addressing the treatment of disease, but focusing on the healing process, prevention of illness, and optimal wellness of patients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to reviewing patient cases, discussing treatment options with other practitioners, and developing personalized health, wellness, and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine
• Experience in integrative medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Valid medical license in the state of Illinois
• Experience in functional medicine or other complementary therapies is a plus
