Proposal Coordinator will provide support for strategic proposal and presentation development and promotional programs. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of high-visibility, high-impact initiatives for the company. Candidate must be highly organized, a strong communicator, a skilled writer and demonstrate creative design and critical thinking proficiency.
Job Description:
· Ability to create high level proposals and presentations.
· Ensure all standards and requirements are met on proposal submissions.
· Track data, process changes, and disseminate communication between owner, internal staff, and subcontractors.
· Coordinates the development of proposals, the implementation and distribution of project documents internally to the project team as well as to the prospective bidders.
· Create engaging content for social media platforms
General Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· 3-5 years of experience in writing proposals, not necessarily in construction
· Driven self-motivator who can work within designated parameters without having to be micromanaged
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
· Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
· Excellent time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Prezi, Canva
· English degree or equivalent work experience considered
· Understanding of construction processes and project delivery is a plus
