Job Title - System Analyst
Exp - 10
Key Responsibilities:
- System Analysis & Design: Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Design and implement system solutions to meet business requirements.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, diagrams, and data models.
- Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems meet specifications and business requirements.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and solutions.
- Training & User Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies. Experience with databases, software development, and system integration.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with tools such as UML, SQL, and various system modeling and design tools. Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM software, and other business applications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CSBA) are a plus.
