Job Title: SAP Functional Lead

Job Description: The SAP Functional Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the functional aspects of SAP implementations and integrations. This role demands a deep understanding of SAP FICO, FICA, and their integration with SD, MM, and other modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP lifecycle implementations, particularly migrations from ECC to S4Hana, and will leverage Agile development principles to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP FICO, FICA, and their integration with SD, MM, and other modules.
• Oversee the migration of SAP systems from ECC to S4Hana, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Apply test-driven, iterative, and Agile development principles to the application delivery process.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP orders, delivery, shipments, invoices, payments, charge-backs, and rebates related Idocs, as well as corresponding EDI X12 and other EDI standards.
• Integrate other SAP and non-SAP tools with SAP IBP using CI-DS, CIF, RTI, and other interfaces.
• Manage E2E SAP testing automation using tools like Worksoft Certify, Data Driven Testing tools, and other leading testing tools.
• Possess thorough knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Architecture, Data Model, and integration with other SAP systems.
• Apply PPDS heuristics such as Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), Production Planning (PP), and Detailed Scheduling (DS) in relevant projects.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of functional knowledge in SAP FICO, FICA, and their integration with SD, MM, and other modules.
• At least 10 full lifecycle SAP implementations experience; experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana.
• Proven experience with application delivery utilizing test-driven, iterative, and Agile development principles.
• Strong expertise in SAP orders, delivery, shipments, invoices, payments, charge-backs, and rebates related Idocs, and corresponding EDI X12 and other EDI standards.
• Experience in integrating SAP and non-SAP tools to SAP IBP using CI-DS, CIF, RTI, and other interfaces.
