Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy with clear objectives and measurable metrics.
• Ensure alignment of program goals with business objectives, emphasizing operational efficiency through hands-on involvement in system configurations and automation.
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate seamless transitions to new digital processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks associated with program activities.
• Collaborate with program managers, business leaders, and executives to steer critical initiatives forward.
• Establish and govern Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting mechanisms, actively participating in program documentation.
• Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes to ensure adherence to program objectives.
• Experience meeting with stakeholders and clients and gathering the project's requirements, goals, and scope.

Skills:

• Mastery of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches (PMI, Agile, and Six Sigma). PMP Certification REQUIRED.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Strong capacity to work independently and effectively manage time and resources.
• Significant knowledge of project planning/scheduling tools (for example, Microsoft Project), with a solid track record of practical application.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills to inspire high-performing teams.
• Ability to lead project team to match solutions to business requirements, including leadership in research on current and emerging technology options.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving techniques, with the capability to identify and address project risks and issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer software, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Experience with these supporting processes:

• Knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle
• Workflow and prioritization of assignments.
• Integration with calendaring and email for work management.
• Correspondence management.
• Document management including storage, retrieval, and version control.
• Mobile access.
• Payment engines (collections from customers).
• Business intelligence.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Required certification from PMI or PMP.
