Job Overview:
We are seeking a self motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Identify and qualify leads through telemarketing and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet sales targets
- Prepare quotations and follow up with the clients
- Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales deals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions
Skills:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, business development, or inside sales
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Ability to make outbound calls confidently and effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
