Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, aligning with both short-term and long-term client priorities. Develop and present recommendation for the future state, addressing product gaps and enhancement requests.
Functional Design Leadership: Spearhead the functional design and configuration of HR technology solutions. Stay engaged throughout the implementation process, providing continuous support and consultation to ensure project success.
Solution Architecture: Lead in translating business functional requirements into technical specifications. Design scalable and adaptable solution architectures, including interfaces, testing plans, and enhancements tailored to client environments.
Project Management Support: Assist in determining levels of effort, timelines, and resource plans in coordination with project management teams. Lead kickoff and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ensure clear documentation workflow changes and secures buy-in from all relevant parties. Serve as a key facilitator for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
