Job Summary:
This is an entry-level food service position that is responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Responsible for all utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
· Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
· Must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products.
· Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills.
· Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time.
· Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law.
· Must be eligible to work in the United States.
·* Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.*
