R3 Roofing & Exteriors primarily operates within the commercial and residential storm restoration Industry. We are a growing organization in a booming industry! Our people-first approach is the key to our success, and yours! We are hiring a Field Supervisor for our Quad Cities, IA market. This market services Quad Cities and surrounding towns. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take advantage of this opportunity! Training begins in March!
Experience is preferred but is not required.
What your day typically looks like:
- Take materials to job sites from suppliers when necessary
- Manage the job site the day of the build
- Handle customer concerns throughout the build
- Take photos before, during, and after the build
- Perform the final inspection
- Pick up materials or schedule material pick up
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday day shift
- Possible Saturday's (pending the workload)
What we offer:
- Company truck, gas card, and supplies for use during your shift

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $18/hr. W2
