Responsibilities:

• The Proposal Coordinator/Data Analyst assists with many aspects of content management, database analysis and maintenance, proposal generation and proposal production
• This individual is a key player in facilitating many important aspects of timely proposal submission
• Maintains and updates internal BD database as required
• Assists Software Development in creating new databases
• Assists the Proposal Manager in setting up file structures for RFPs and proposal sections using BD database
• Creates qualifications packages, project descriptions, award submittals and project descriptions
• Tracks RFP and amendment releases and routes all RFP documents to appropriate filing locations and proposal team members
• Manages past performance citations, resumes, proposal reuse materials, and other databases for the Business Development team
• Leads production effort such as desktop publishing formatting, light editing, printing, copying, tab covers, producing binders and electronic media
• Maintain proposal milestones schedule like issue and review dates, kickoff meetings and due dates
• Engages in proposal sections coordination, final formatting, assembly, packaging and delivery
• Proofreads written products for spelling, usage, typographical, and grammatical errors
• Provides assembly of final proposal for printing, production, shipping for bids as required by calendar
• Gathers resumes and internal project descriptions to assist with the proposal and tailor them specifically to the needs to the needs of the RFP/RFQ
• Performs document layout, ensuring that the final product is aesthetically appealing
• Manages completion of forms
• Performs additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role/working closely with government proposals.
• Background in Database Analysis/Development required.
• College Degree Required.
