R2B Crushing via KR Consulting Services LLC is Hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer/Loader Near Phoenix, AZ

Local, family owned company looking to hire an experienced Loader/Operator to start immediately!

We are looking for someone who is a go-getter, a hard worker, dedicated, on time, reliable with a positive attitude.

Previous Equipment Operator experience is a MUST.

This is a full-time position; 40 hours per week with possible over time opportunities.

Duties:

  • Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, such as loaders, bulldozers, graders, and tankers.
  • Perform tasks related to excavation, grading, paving, and other construction activities.
  • Mechanical knowledge of equipment and able to perform routine maintenance.
  • Conduct pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup.
  • Provide general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required or directed by the supervisor.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Operate equipment efficiently to project specifications and production goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, excavators, bulldozers, graders, and tankers.
  • Commercial driving experience is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
  • Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attendance required, dependable, trustworthy, strong work ethic, respect for authority.
