The R Tackett Insurance Agency Team is HIRING!

We are looking for a driven, dedicated, and friendly individual to join our growing team. While experience in the insurance industry adds value to your resume, it is not required. If you are not a licensed insurance agent, this position will require you to grow towards obtaining your license and our Agency will help you along the in that process. Primary responsibilities will be admin work within the office, ultimately growing into balancing the admin work with insurance sales for our agency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability to work in office Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve and maintain long term relationships
• A positive attitude with a driven mindset for both personal growth, and growth of the company.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone, social media messages, and greet clients as they walk in. Take thorough notes and delegate messages to correct agents.
• Familiarize yourself with the various carriers we have and develop relationships with the representatives from each company.
• Help with brainstorming and conducting creative marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
• If not currently licensed, throughout your employment, work towards obtaining your insurance license through a customized plan with the help of our team.
• Once licensed:
• Actively participate in insurance sales.
• Aid in collecting payments from customers.
• Communicate with clients on policy details, renewals, etc.
• Shop rates for clients, add items to their policies when necessary, and assist in routine customer service for all clients in our database.
• Represent R Tackett Insurance Agency at events, conferences, and on social media.

Pay:

• Pay for this position is based upon qualifications and leaves a great deal for financial growth. Once licensed, you will have your base pay commissions for personal sales.
• Base pay: $18.00
• Once licensed, $22.00 per hour commissions

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
