SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP FICO module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected E2E FICO business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. Candidate must have 10 years of experience in SAP FICO.

SAP HANA Certified candidate would be preferred. Candidates must have done at least 2 – 3 E2E implementations and 1 – 2 E2E S/4HANA green or brown filed implementations. SAP S/4 HANA experience is a must. Candidate should have global implementation experience.

Responsibilities:

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Finance & Controlling to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Duties:

• Candidate should have knowledge of SAP implementation methodology
• Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, New GL functionality, AP, AR, CO)
• Design, configuration and testing of Asset Management
• Design, configuration and testing of Consolidations
• Design, configuration and testing of CO-PA
• Design, configuration and testing of Cost center accounting
• Design, configuration and testing of Profit center accounting
• Design, configuration and testing of Product costing
• Design, configuration and testing of Material ledger
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules
• Ability to configure FICO processes in S/4HANA and should have knowledge of simplification in FICO module
• Deep knowledge of FICO Enterprise structure, Business partner, Material ledger, Taxation, Banking automation, Logistics integrated accounting entries, lockbox, dunning
• Candidate should assist with bug fixes including documentation, root cause investigation, configuration, and unit testing of bugs as requested
• Candidate will provide SAP functional support during end user training including data and transactional setup and general support to the trainers during course execution
• Candidate will provide support to Global IT to resolve incidents and change requests during Hypercare.
• Candidate will provide support to Business End users on execution of SAP transactions during Hypercare.
• Good knowledge of data migration strategy & plan
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, WM, PP & SD modules
• Ability to write RICEFW specification for custom development. Experience on IDOC and third-party interfaces are also important
• Ability to lead RTR value stream in global implementation. Also, able to lead the FICO Team in implementations
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP S/$ HANA, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
• Acts as FICO lead with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analysis, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance / Accounting), CPA
• Minimum 10 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience
• Strong knowledge of Taxation, Enterprise structure, P&L and Balance sheet
• Business knowledge and process design skills
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
• Must be an effective problem solver
• Must be willing to travel in America when required
