1st shift, Mon-Thur, Experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman (6 years req) $28/hr

PLEASE NOTE: This is a direct hire that will require references, a national criminal background check, and a 10-panel drug test in addition to a valid driver's license and strong work history. 

(R&R Resolute Staffing has a client who is an established mechanical construction company located in Laurens SC. They serve all over South Carolina but primarily the Upstate as well as North Georgia and Western North Carolina. Working at some of the most prominent job sites and many reputable general contractors in the state. Offering a variety of services including HVAC Design Build layout and installs, HVAC Commercial/Industrial Air Conditioning, Residential Air Conditioning for houses, Process Piping for natural gas and compressed air, Fire Sprinkler Systems, and Service and Maintenance of HVAC equipment).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

 Leadership and management over groups of 3-20 workers

 Installation of ductwork and HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial settings

 Familiarity with various duct connections - snap lock, TDC, ductmate, slip drive, etc.

 Familiarity with duct takeoff and submittal management

REQUIREMENTS:

 Ability to read and work off of drawings

 Ability to draw custom duct fittings

 Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 Personal PPE

 Drug testing

 6 year of experience

 Demonstrated ability to communicate with a variety of personalities

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

 Lift certifications

 PPE training

 Ability to do onsite modification and fabrication when needed

SCHEDULE: 4 – 10 hour shifts (Monday-Thursday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm) Overtime on Fridays and weekends as needed
