```Duties```
- Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications
- Operate meat processing equipment such as grinders, slicers, and saws
- Ensure proper food safety and handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing meat products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with meat cutting techniques and different cuts of meat
- Ability to use knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:
- Kitchen experience, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in food preparation, particularly with meat products
- Culinary skills, including knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking methods
- Meat cutting expertise, including the ability to accurately portion and package meat products
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
