JOB TITLE:
Corporate Communications Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Reputation Management & Corporate Communications

REPORTS TO: Corporate Communications Account Supervisor

LOCATION: Las Vegas, Nevada

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for supporting the Corporate Communications team in all internal account duties, initiating and tracking progress on all jobs, and assisting in the development and implementation of PR strategies and programs. The PR Coordinator understands and remains knowledgeable about clients’ products, services and competitive environment, as well as potential areas of concern.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Actively participates in professional development, training, meetings, and agency meetings.
  • Assists in drafting pitches for media outreach.
  • Assists with the staffing of client special event activities.
  • Conducts research, writes, edits, and proofreads materials as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains division, client, media, and VIP databases and lists.
  • Maintains client coverage reports and meeting recaps.
  • Participates in department strategic planning and message development.
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
  • Understands and abides by the agency’s business practices and philosophies as well as understands R&R’s policies and procedures.

  • Maintains awareness and understanding of the clients’ public relations objectives.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Understands and remains knowledgeable about clients’ products, services, and competitive environment, as well as potential areas of concern.
