Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Answer inquiries and provide information about prices and services
- Assist with ordering supplies for office and garage
- Process daily invoices for previous days deliveries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Schedule deliveries
- Perform general office duties such as filing and scanning
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer literacy, including experience with Quick Books
- Ability to handle high call volumes
