R&P is looking for a professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior or Mid-Level Program Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
This position primarily involves the receipt of shipyard metrics data from various systems and sorting, analyzing and repackaging that data into standard weekly reporting formats. It requires a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of Microsoft Access, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. We will train selected candidates on the details of the information and functions.
In support of the Government Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Bath, ME, the contractor supports program and acquisition management efforts. The contractor provides analytical, acquisition and administrative support to the SSBA Program Manager's Representative (PMR) team including, but not limited to: providing acquisition and program management support in support of ship construction oversight efforts; providing assessments and indicators of progress for ship construction efforts; backup support for the coordination program management office operations including schedules and correspondence; and providing program administrative support in the development of project plans.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and self motivation

Experience communicating with Project Managers, Program Manager Representatives (PMR) and Deputy PMR
Secret Clearance. Will entertain working with highliy qualified candidates that are able to obtain a clearance.
