We are seeking a RECEIVING CLERK/GUARD SHACK ATTENDANT working within our Customer Service Department

• Full Time working Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm

This is a hourly position.

This positions include 10 paid holidays, vacation and sick time, and 401k retirement.

Full Time includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurances.

This position is located in Westfield, MA with a casual work environment.

• Customer Service skills; in person and over the telephone 2 years minimum of Customer Service Experience
• Ability to work in small office space in parking lot checking in and out truck drivers with minimal supervision.
• Computer Experience (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Data Entry
• Basic math skills
• Ability to handle busy telephones
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to work overtime hours as needed
• Teamplayer
• Communication skills
• Must be a mature, dependable responsible individual
