R&M General Contractors, Inc. is Hiring a Project Superintendent Near Avon, CO

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our construction team. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Duties:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities from start to finish
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams on-site
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in using construction management software such as Primavera, HeavyBid, ProCore, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
