As an Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our scooters are conveniently located where riders need them most. You'll be responsible for rebalancing, retrieving, and redeploying our fleet, all while keeping a smile on your face and providing exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

• Ensure Lime scooters are strategically positioned to meet rider demand through rebalancing, retrieval, and redeployment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service to our riders.
• Navigate your assigned work area efficiently to maximize productivity.

• A valid driver's license
• Must have access to a minivan, truck, or van.
• A smartphone with a data plan
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
