We are a leading beer distributor in Northeast Ohio looking for a qualified candidate to become our Import Brand Manager. Previous management experience required. Ideal candidate will have worked in the DSD field with prior experience in managing people and budgets.

• Spend at least one day a week in trade to evaluate market conditions on behalf of Constellation Beer Brands.
• Collect and analyze retail data to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate merchandising standards in the on and off premise trade channels.
• Monitor and evaluate POS needs.
• Attend/ Participate in night promotions as needed and special events.
• Coordinate crew drives with suppliers and our sales team members as needed.
• Conduct market survey’s in our top designated accounts.
• Work directly in trade with supplier’s in the on and off premise trade.
• Conduct monthly meetings with designated suppliers and supply yearly monthly execution updates.
• Develop and implement monthly Constellation Beer Brands initiatives. Track, Measure and Report on.
• Work directly with our Key Account Managers and ASM’s on market initiatives.
• Regularly attend management meetings.
• Participate in category management training and reset activities.
• Assist in promotions during key holiday’s and special events.
• Assist in ordering POS, tracking budget spends, and developing incentives.
• Attend designated supplier meetings.
• Provide designated suppliers with reports as requested.
• Track and measure inventory control with designated suppliers.
• Ensure to work directly with pricing coordinators and provide pricing information.
• Conduct business reviews with Sales Director monthly and quarterly.

• Must be able to use Microsoft word, powerpoint and excel.
• Must be able to work Microsoft email account effectively.
• Must be able to conduct sales presentations to suppliers, retailers and sales management team effectively.
• Must be able to learn and train on VIP and IDIG systems.
