R L Carriers islooking for a Headhunter to join our HR team to help us fill our open positions with qualified candidates. Headhunter responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, and sourcing potential candidates until opening is filled. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams. You should also be familiar with online and offline sourcing techniques, like networking at career events and searching for potential hires through resume databases. Ultimately, you will place qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to define necessary requirements for open roles and candidate interview schedule. 
• Maintain consistent communication with Hiring Manager throughout the process
• Fill assigned roles within a predetermined acceptable time frame (time-to-fill)
• Monitor candidates through entire hiring process 
• Make your manager aware of any challenges/delays while headhunting and during candidate processing. 
• Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
• Consistently maintain and develop recruiting networking strategies 

Requirements and skills

• Verifiable work experience as a Headhunter
• Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques 
• Advanced knowledge in networking as a Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn (including Boolean search) and Indeed Resume
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
• Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
