Houseman / general laborer, Starting at $18.00 hr

Friday - Tuesday, 1st Shift 7am - 3pm

Responsibilities* include, but are not limited to :

• Greeting guests, stripping rooms, exchanging soiled linens, keeping breakfast area stocked, straightened and clean, assisting guests with needs such as replenishing room supplies, must be fluent in English, and willing and able to communicate with all guests.
• Exterior duties may include emptying trash cans on property, picking up trash around property, trimming bushes, pulling weeds.
• Performs the work schedule on a timely basis, ensuring that all elements of the property meet resort standards.
• During the busy season, responsibilities may also include helping switch and fold laundry to help the laundress to do his / her job.
• During the slow season, responsibilities will include helping to deep clean guest rooms.
• Some computer skills are helpful, not necessary; however, the applicant must be willing to learn.
• Perform all job duties with minimum disruption to the guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
