The consultant will be working in support of the Kronos Work Force Central Timekeeping, Attendance and Leave Systems. The consultant will administer, maintain and enhance the Kronos system and will make sure that the vital data such as the employee leave balances, salaries, overtime expenses and the reason codes are tracked and computed correctly with 100% accuracy.

The responsibilities include:

• Maintain the existing oracle web-based application and upgrade the software when new releases or patches are released.
• Prepare and test Contingency and Disaster Recovery plans.
• Fulfill requests submitted by internal/external entities for reporting.
• Extract data stored in the production database for analytics.
• Use Kronos Connect, WIM and Crystal Reports to develop interfaces and create adhoc reports against the Kronos WFC Oracle Database.
• Perform modifications to the Kronos Work Force Central environment including configuring 4500 series clocks
• Monitoring of all the Kronos Windows servers.
• Proficiency in configuration of Kronos pay rules, accrual rules, security profiles, basic schedules, time clocks.

Pay: $70,486.78 - $133,059.36 per year
