Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Party Rentals. As a Party Rental, you will be responsible for assisting with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of party rental equipment. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and installation of party rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, and inflatables
- Ensure that all equipment is properly secured and safe for use
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party rental equipment inventory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during events
- Assist with the breakdown and removal of party rental equipment after events

Experience:
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate setup and maintenance of equipment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• On call
• Weekends as needed
