What You'll Do:
🔍 Lead land surveying projects from start to finish, including boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and construction layout.
🗺️ Utilize cutting-edge surveying technology, including GPS, and total stations, to collect accurate data and deliver precise results.
📐 Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
💡 Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
🌱 Mentor and guide junior surveying staff, providing technical expertise and support to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For:
🎓 Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in North and/or South Carolina preferred.
📐 Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
📈 Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
💻 Proficiency in surveying software and technology, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GPS/GNSS systems.
🤝 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
