BUSSER/AMBASSADOR

When guests come through the front doors, you’ll be the first ones to make them feel at home. Whether it’s welcoming guests in or taking trays back, you’ll keep our flow going and make our space shine.

BUSSER/AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain great experiences for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house, including all tables, chairs, floors, bathrooms, and other guest dining areas.
• Cleans vacated tables. Return dirty trays to the dishwashing room and glassware to the bar.
• Stack and lock up all outside patio furniture at the end of the night.
• Assist removal of trash from the main dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of main restrooms as necessary throughout the shift.
• Prepare and maintain the water station throughout the day.
• Communicate with manager and busser team to maintain efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with dishroom operations by cleaning trays and miscellaneous dishware.
• Assist the execution of events.

QUALIFICATIONS (TO DO THIS KIND OF WORK, YOU MUST POSSESS/BE ABLE TO):

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, nights, and long hours when required.
• Willingness to engage with guests to create a positive and welcoming environment.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other team members and guests.

Physical Demands

• During months with comfortable outdoor temperatures (~April-November), outdoor seating will be open to guests. Must be able to work outdoors on these occasions up to the entire shift.
• Position requires walking all of the working day.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks occasionally.

Pay: $15.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
