Position Summary:

Coordinates and oversees the activities of assigned personnel and subcontractors engaged in the installation of a variety of piping, pumping, electrical, instrumentation and control equipment. Reviews plans, specifications, equipment schematics and onsite conditions to determine the safest and most efficient means to install water, sanitary or gas pipe and equipment in accordance with plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.

Hiring Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in Massachusetts.
• Must demonstrate leadership ability necessary to lead, motivate, and direct the work of subordinates.
• Work within precise limits or standards of accuracy; follow instructions, read blueprints, and make decisions based on measurable criteria.
• High school diploma and/or additional specialized training as required for licensing. Minimum 5 years' experience in trade, with preference in Service work.
• Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
