ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Deli appearance, cleanliness and organization as outlined in Freshies Operation Manual.

• Responsible for all aspect of customer service.

• Responsible to ensure all paperwork is executed and followed per Freshies operation manual.

• Responsible for ensuring all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed as outlined in Freshies Operation Manual.

• Inspects Deli to ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed per state of Maine Department of Health Food and Sanitation guidelines.

• Ensure food product and handling procedures are followed per Freshies Operation Manual.

• Responsible for training new Deli staff members, communicating proper procedures and expectations to ensure consistency as outlined in Freshies Training Program.

• Responsible for day- to-day to management of staff to include building a team that delivers on customer expectations.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Tank Smart C - Training will be provided.
