R Guy Construction is seeking a skilled laborer to join our team. As a skilled laborer, you will play a crucial role in the successful completion of construction projects. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of physical labor tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic hand and power tools.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with other team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to minimize accidents and injuries on the job site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with general construction duties as required, such as mixing and pouring concrete, framing, and installing structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of debris and waste materials.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a skilled laborer in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools commonly used in construction.
