Carl’s Jr, is seeking a dynamic, experienced and team-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team. This full-time position will lead our day-to-day business operations by overseeing our Team Members and all aspects of their daily shifts. Leaders are responsible for the overall success of the team, holding Trainers accountable, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience and the continuous growth of our team.

Job Description:
- Responsible for opening and/or closing the restaurant
- Effectively manage and lead team
- Maintain our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience
- Coaching, mentoring and training team members
- Maintain a work environment that ensures the highest level of food safety and cleanliness standards for our team and guests
- Take ownership of all aspects of operations on your shift
- Demonstrate servant leadership
- Assist in developing and growing all team members
- Execute systems and ensure daily completion of Quality Assessments
- Responsible for daily store operations
- Perform any operational tasks as needed
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
- Obtain operational excellence
- Manage guest recovery
- Ensures our team exemplifies our restaurant vision daily
- Serve as point person for all Team Members
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism
- Excellent communication skills
- Have initiative and possess problem solving skills
- Must be efficient and detail-oriented
- Must be hard-working and team-oriented
- Honest and have great customer service skills
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Be at least 20 years old
- Two years of relevant leadership experience
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Physical Requirements:
- The work area includes: food, ovens, fryer, mixers, food processors, knives, and slippery floors. It is a hands-on, non-smoking, restaurant setting involving constant interaction with customers, employees, managers and vendors. The ability to effectively communicate, identify food quality, tolerate heat and walk-in freezers, lift and/or maneuver up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk on hard surfaces during the course of the work day. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts; While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk and hear
