Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender/ Barista to join our team. As a Bartender/ Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience through your knowledge of mixology and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take drink orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and company standards
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organizing supplies and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Skills:
- Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Proficient in retail math calculations to accurately process payments and provide change
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell drinks and promote specials or events
- Familiarity with food industry regulations and health codes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating tabs

Pay: $14.00 per hour
