Overview:

We are currently seeking a Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. This is an important role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished

- Perform floor care duties, such as buffing and waxing floors

- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

- Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred

- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and tools

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent time management skills to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner
