PROJECT EXECUTIVE - HEALTHCARE

We are looking for a talented Construction Healthcare Project Executive that can lead our local healthcare
market, demonstrating extraordinary client relationship management, superb project logistic
management, the discipline to work independently, and work collaboratively to maintain the existing
client base and secure new clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Procure new sales leads and opportunities; meet annual company goals.
* Manage operations on projects and lead project teams to achieve bottom-line results and growth.
* Attend and be active in industry-related organizations.
* Manage overall financial goals and profit maximization strategy for each project assignment in
your market sector.
* Commitment to Safety.
* Assist in preparing competitive bids.
* Report/present market information to company leadership.
* Travel to job sites.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree required. Higher education in construction management, business
management, other construction-based educational programs for commercial construction
projects, or relevant discipline is preferred.
* Professional designations desirable (AHCA, LEED, ASHE, CPM)
* At least 15 years of construction experience as a Project Manager or currently in a PX or Director
role.
* Advanced proficiency (5 yrs.) in Procore Project Management (or similar) software a plus.
Proficiency in Sage Estimating, Sage Paperless Construction, Textura Payment Management
software, DocuSign, Bluebeam, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel software with efficiency and
accuracy expected.
* Position requires full-time hours Monday-Friday with additional hours required as needed.
* DFWP / Background Checks required.
* A valid state driver's license and driving history that meets company standards is required.
* Capable of driving short and long distances to visit project sites, capable of walking project sites
including demands of ladders, uneven terrain, and challenging weather conditions, may travel to
out-of-town project sites.
