R.C. Moore, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor for our Nanticoke, PA warehouse. We are an employee owned, ESOP, leading 3PL company involved in Trucking, Warehousing and Brokering. Established in 1956, we are a growing business looking to add valuable team members to our close-knit group. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing, organizing and overseeing the operational functions of the Distribution Center.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Supervising the functions and performance of all warehouse associates.
• Ensuring processes are efficiently executed and procedures are followed.
• Delegating and assigning tasks and targets.
• Evaluating the performance of all warehouse associates.
• Organizing and conducting necessary training activities for warehouse associates.
• Complying with all legal and safety procedures of the work site environment.
• Monitoring inventory cycle counts and conducting audits of same to validate results.
• Auditing warehouse processes and procedures.
• Supervising shift coverage and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse associates.
• Ensuring the proper functionality of all warehouse equipment.
• Performing systemic audits of warehouse associates via WMS to ensure process compliance and adhesion to inventory controls procedures.
