Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends. Duties: - Conduct outside sales activities to identify and acquire new customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify business development opportunities - Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales Experience: - Proven experience in sales or a related field - Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and sales processes - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive business growth - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships - Experience in account management or technical sales is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
