As a Recruiter, you will play a central role in creating a world-class workplace by attracting, engaging, supporting, and retaining employees in an iterative, hyper-growth environment with high talent density. Your core functions as a Recruiter will include developing dynamic talent acquisition strategies to keep up with company growth, providing a delightful candidate experience to all applicants, engaging with talent communities in our 22 launched markets, and being a champion of Qwick’s cultural values.

We’ve grown our company headcount by over 1,200% in less than 2 years, so we’re looking for Recruiters who aren’t afraid to set stretch goals for hiring and keep their pipeline full of top-tier active and passive candidates.

Further responsibilities include...

• Creating sustainable and scalable hiring structures that are cohesive with department and company objectives
• Designing strategic interview processes with hiring managers through maintaining a proactive feedback loop
• Nurturing a diverse talent network by engaging active and passive qualified candidates 
• Analyzing recruiting metrics to identify areas for process improvement in hiring efforts
• Managing accurate candidate and employee data in our ATS, HRIS, and other workforce management systems
• Supporting the onboarding experience so our new team members can settle in and ramp up 
• Championing Qwick’s company culture and working cross-functionally with the People team on initiatives to drive employee engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a deep ability to recognize what motivates candidates
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage and meet competing deadlines
• Experience developing and improving talent acquisition processes and systems
• Excellent organizational aptitude with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• High level of emotional intelligence, integrity, and drive to build a successful start-up
