AT QWENCH JUICE BAR WE’RE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC INDIVIDUALS TO JOIN OUR OUTSTANDING AND CAPABLE TEAM!

• Responsible for working scheduled shifts in their entirety including timely clock-in and clock-outs. Team members must always conform to the Dress Code Policy and maintain proper personal hygiene while on shift.

• Responsible for building all menu items to prescribed recipes and with prescribed procedures. This will include blended drinks, raw juices, Açaí bowls, yogurt bowls and preparing all other Qwench food offerings.

• Responsible for building all menu items, as listed above, to companies quality standards, including but not limited to using recipes correctly, following proper portion control guidelines, serving beverages which have been properly blended, serving beverages which have correct consistently, and serving beverages in a presentable and clean fashion.

• Responsible for properly stocking and maintaining food products used in the store. This includes stocking of produce used, rotating produce and food for freshness, properly storing food, and properly receiving produce and food from vendors.

• Responsible for following all food safety guidelines. This includes proper use of gloves, proper procedures to stop cross contamination, chemical contamination, physical contamination, and biological contamination.

• Responsible for proper use of all equipment and tools as prescribed. This implies all store equipment and tools must be used for the job they are intended for and used in the specific manner intended.

• Responsible for maintaining proper store displays and product merchandising as prescribed. This includes, but is not limited to; food displays, grab n go, all retail displays and all merchandising signage.

• Responsible for following all cleaning procedures and maintaining proper cleanliness standards. This applies to all equipment, tools, containers, production areas, storage areas, and customer areas.

• Responsible for maintaining high customer service standards. This includes but is not limited to appropriate verbal interactions, greetings, thank yous, suggestive selling, smiling, general friendliness, politeness, and an un-abrasive and comfortable demeanor.

• Responsible for maintaining proper, positive, and supportive relationships with all of the store’s team. This includes all of the employees ranging from management to newly hired Team Members.

• Responsible for properly operating the store’s POS system and properly handling cash and all other forms of payment. This includes maintaining accuracy regarding all forms of payment received and accuracy with how all sales are entered into the POS system.

• Responsible for multitasking and maintaining productivity standards in what will at times, become a fast paced, energetic, work environment. This includes speed and accuracy in executing all required procedures while maintaining appropriated customer interactions and composure.

• Should be available to work on Weekends and some Holidays.
