Your Impact As the Security Shift Lead, you will report directly to the Manager, Security & Incident Management This is a 2nd shift role; Monday- Friday, 4pm- 12am You will oversee a designated team of non-exempts to meet departmental, service, financial, productivity, and quality goals. You will develop goals with direct reports and provide appropriate coaching on an ongoing basis. You will become a functional expert in the operation supervised. This includes understanding how to operate all security systems, life safety/fire alarm systems and all software programs. Resolve department and customer issues. Communicate issues/resolution to your staff. Complete administrative tasks – ensure all PANs, and corrective actions are consistent and accurate. Process all paperwork and follow-up. What You Bring High School diploma /GED 2 years supervisory experience Demonstrate customer service, focus on security, responsiveness, verbal, and written communications. Have a basic understanding of security principles to deliver the expected level of service to team members, guests, and vendors.
