In a nutshell...

As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst 1, you will earn how to test our patient engagement, telehealth and remote patient monitoring mobile and web-based applications. As a member of our Innovation team, you will assist in developing and executing exploratory and manual tests to ensure product quality.

Our ideal candidate is open to working within our beautiful Bradenton, FL office . Our office has gorgeous water views overlooking the Manatee River.

What you will be doing...

• Executes testing procedures to ensure that software meets established quality standards.
• Prepares data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflows.
• Isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects. Verifies fixes.
• Documents testing according to required procedures.
• May assist with the creation of new testing scripts and plans.
• Utilizes tools and methodologies to ensure that software tests identify defects and comply with quality standard
• Collaborates with product owners, scrum teams, and software engineers to understand system requirements, use cases, and performance considerations
• Monitors overall security of the platform and maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and skills you will bring...

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience
• Experience working within a software QA role a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Knowledge of working in an Agile/Scrum development process
